This recognition highlights the incredible impact of Latino, Hispanic, Latine, and Latinx leaders across our region and beyond. These leaders are driving entrepreneurship, strengthening the economy, advancing education, and creating meaningful representation across all sectors of society.
As we mark Hispanic Heritage Month, this honor reminds us of the vibrant contributions of our community in shaping the future of Cleveland and the nation.
Facts about the 2025 Cohort:
- 80% are bilingual.
- 56.5% were born in the U.S., 30% abroad, and 12.9% in Puerto Rico.
- Heritage spans countries across the Americas and beyond, including Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Spain, Honduras, Trinidad y Tobago, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Bolivia.
- 87% hold undergraduate degrees; 51% hold graduate degrees.
- Career representation: 44.7% Corporate, 27.1% Nonprofit, 15.3% Public Sector, 10.6% Entrepreneurs, 2.4% Higher Education.
- 24% currently serve on boards, with another 24% interested in joining one.
